Friendship Tournament and Great Festival

By the sovereign grace of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, we started the day with the match @ 9:30 A.M

The toss was won by india and elected to bat first and we got a blazing start from Manish M Patel and Harshawardan with a partnership of 50 runs in quick time and later on it was continued by Prathap Gowda with a knock of 44 runs and the innings was ended by giving a target of 106 runs to the Sri Lankans.

We opened the bowling attack by Prathap and Rahul.K.R in which they managed to bag quick early wickets and later on it was a fabulous bowling spell by Archit Bhandari,Mahanth Gowda and Rahul Bora as they managed to pick all the remaining wickets of Sri lankans.

The match ended in victory for the visitors(S.G.I.S)and we were pleased by the victory after a great loss in the first match.

After the match we came back to have a rest in the hotel and it was followed by a great festival in Sri Lanka which comes twice in a year and it was a full moon day(poornima).
