Rules & Regulations
Fee once paid is neither transferred nor refunded under any circumstances after the admission.
Fee is subjected to increase without prior notice.
Admission is made purely on the basis of merit.
Selected candidates will have to submit the following documents along with Fee:
Original School Leaving or Transfer Certificate, duly countersigned by higher educational officer of CBSE regional office/commissioner of KV/state/union territory/embassy or higher commissioner (for NRI).
Certified photocopy of mark sheet of previous exam.
Student will have to do Physical, Moral and Religious Tasks, like Exercise, Pooja, and Prayer etc in the institute.
After the prior permission only a student is allowed to meet any person/guest or to go out. If the student will go out of the campus with out permission, institute is not responsible.
The student should bring to the notice to the principal/hostel rector immediately in the case of any illness or complaint during the stay in the premise.
Parents are strictly informed that if their son/ward returns to home without permission, they should inform to the Rector or Principal immediately.
Students, who are quarrelsome, not sincere in studies, licentious or involved in theft etc, will be terminated from school without giving any prior notice without refunding of any fees.
Indiscipline like misbehavior, reading the disgusting literature and involving in the disgusting talks or writing is prohibited. Breach of this will lead management to rusticate the student.
Misconduct of students during tests or examination will be a disqualification and such students will not be permitted to attend the remaining test / examination.
Possession or consumption of intoxicating things like tobacco, Gutkha, betel, bedi, cigarette, liquor etc. is strictly prohibited in the Gurukul premises.
Any types of valuable things or cash are not allowed to be kept.
The student during his stay in the campus/sponsored tour, if he falls ill or meet with an accident while engaged in any activity, the institute will give the possible attention to it, even then any consequence takes place, the institute is in no case responsible for the same.
It may be specially noted that management will not be responsible for any accident, suicide, injury or death while performing experiment, playing and doing any activity or on the way outside Gurukul premises.
Student is not allowed to take leave to attend marriage or religious ceremonies during the academic session.
Institution discourages the admission of disputed parent’s child(ren) and if it is found later, institution is not responsible for any kind of consequences.
Parents / guardians should behave politely and maintain harmonious dealings with saints, teachers, in charge, peon, guard or any other member of Gurukul family.
Accommodation has not been arranged for the parents/guardians/relatives etc.
It is compulsory for students / parents to obey all the rules of Gurukul and they may be amended from time to time.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
