This is an Online Copy of the Registration Form. You need to enclose Rs. 100/- DD in favour of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul On sending the form

Mere registration will not guarantee admission.

Birth certificate obtained from authority concerned should be enclosed to the registration form.(Xerox copy)

Under / over aged candidates will not be considered for admission.

A child should complete 5 years as on 31st August of the year of admission for seeking admission in to class

one.

On intimation Parent should bring their children for an entrance test.

Result of selected candidates will be intimated by Post.

Payment of the prescribed fee in respect of the selected candidates should be made on or before the date fixed for the purpose, falling which selection will be cancelled without further notice.

Fee once paid is neither transferred nor refunded under any circumstances.

The management reserves the absolute right to cancel the admission of any student due to any particular reasons.

If found at any later stage that any of the information furnished by the candidate / parent / guardian in the application form is false, the admission will be cancelled.

Student will have to do Moral and Religious Tasks , like Pooja, Prayer etc in the institute.
