Admission Procedure:

  1. Enquiry & Application Form Submission

    Application Forms are available at Gurukul Offices from Ganesha Chaturthi or can be applied online from our website. Click Here for applying now.

  2. Online Entrance Test & Personal Interview at any admission location.

    Entrance Test is based on the knowledge of the Current Standard for English, Maths, Science, Computer & GK.
    Followed by the online test, a fact-to-face interview with the child and parent is held.

  3. Registration & Member ID Generation.

    Once the Admission is granted, you are immediately required to further your admission by registering & getting MEMBER ID, generated.

  4. Payment of First Installment Fee

    To process the Enrollment of the Child, you will have to pay the 1st Term fees belonging to respective standard & facilities opted.

  5. Collection of Welcome Pack & Calendar of Events.

    Day Scholars on  1st week of June
    Residential Students on  1st week of June

  6. Academic Year Begins

    Academic Year 2016-17 will start from 1st week of June

The following documents have to be produced at the time of admission.

  • Proof of age of the student (court affidavit/birth certificate for admission to I to V std).
  • Minimum age for admission to I is completion of 5 years by 31 May of the admission year.
  • Original transfer certificate from the previous School before 15th May.
  • It is mandatory to bring a counter signed document given by the education authority in the case of the admissions from outside the State or Country.
  • Two stamp size photos of the student.
