However, the stillness was quickly replaced by wide-eyed curiosity during a fascinating educational session with the CISF team. Students moved through tactical displays with intense enthusiasm, peppering the officers with questions and demystifying the technology behind various equipment. This blend of spiritual reflection and modern exploration kept the energy high as the sun began to set over the campus.

​Nightfall brought the most enchanting highlights, beginning with a magic show that left students sitting in hushed wonder. Their logic was challenged by illusions that turned the ordinary into the impossible, sparking lively debates about the “how” behind each trick long after the performance ended. The day reached its crescendo at the campfire, where the boundaries between teachers and students dissolved under the starlit sky. Everyone joined the circle, dancing with abandon to the rhythm of the flames in a true celebration of the Gurukul spirit.

​The adventure concluded with gruelling trek to Satkhand, beginning in the early hours of the morning. The steep terrain tested their stamina, but the difficult climb highlighted the power of mutual care as faster climbers reached back to steady their peers. By 8:00 AM, the group stood victorious at the summit, having conquered the heights through teamwork and resilience. As the event wound down at 10:00 AM, the students departed with more than just tired muscles; they carried home a tapestry of memories and the realization that life’s best lessons are often learned beyond the classroom walls.

By stepping away from a standard curriculum, the school created an environment where students could focus on dexterity, patience, and the value of manual labour.
​For the younger students in classes 1 to 3, the day was dedicated to foundational life skills and artistic exploration. Activities included the tactile art of pottery and the precision required for envelope making and book wrapping. These sessions were designed to improve fine motor skills and teach organizational habits, ensuring that even the youngest learners begin to understand the importance of self-reliance and caring for their personal belongings.

​The senior students in classes 4 to 9 engaged in more complex vocational tasks, such as bamboo craft, mushroom production, and door mat making. These activities introduced the pupils to sustainable materials and agricultural techniques, offering a glimpse into potential entrepreneurial paths. By learning to transform raw materials into finished products, the students gained a deeper appreciation for craftsmanship and the technical processes involved in small-scale production.

​The event was highlighted by a visit from respected leadership, including Head of Projects Mrs. Rekha Thakur, along with Mrs. Rupa Singha Roy and Mrs. Shabnam Khan. The officials toured the various activity stations, observing the students’ progress and the quality of their work. Mrs. Thakur and the visiting guests expressed great happiness and pride, noting that such vocational training is instrumental in equipping students with the practical expertise needed for their future endeavors.

A significant highlight of the event was a poignant skit that vividly showcased the life struggles and triumphs of Dr. Ambedkar. Under the expert guidance of Ms. Janhawi Pradhan, Mr. Pankaj Dixit, and Mr. Babajee Pradhan, the performance moved the audience by depicting the challenges Bhimrao Raoji Ambedkar overcame to empower the marginalized.
