A significant highlight of the event was a poignant skit that vividly showcased the life struggles and triumphs of Dr. Ambedkar. Under the expert guidance of Ms. Janhawi Pradhan, Mr. Pankaj Dixit, and Mr. Babajee Pradhan, the performance moved the audience by depicting the challenges Bhimrao Raoji Ambedkar overcame to empower the marginalized. This dramatic representation was further complemented by a vibrant dance performance, choreographed and supervised by Ms. Sanjulata Nayak and Ms. Reeta Panda, which added a rhythmic and celebratory spirit to the occasion.

The entire programme was executed with precision and grace, reflecting the school’s commitment to honoring national icons. Under the overall supervision of the Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, the event successfully blended cultural expression with educational reflection. By integrating various artistic disciplines and intellectual challenges, the celebration not only honored the memory of Dr. Ambedkar but also inspired the student body to uphold the values of constitutional integrity and perseverance that he championed throughout his life.

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Nagpur, hosted an intellectually stimulating Space and Satellite Workshop as a part of Astro Club, for Classes VII and VIII, seamlessly blending scientific rigour with experiential learning.

The session was led by Ms. Poorva, Astrophysicist & NASA citizen scientist from Mumbai, who elucidated complex themes such as zero gravity, extraterrestrial life, the Milky Way, black holes, and exoplanets with remarkable clarity, leaving students both informed and inspired.

The workshop’s defining feature was its hands-on CubeSat development module, where nearly 200 students, organised into 30 groups, constructed functional satellite prototypes. Under the guidance of Mr. Thanush from Delhi and Mr. Rahul from Hyderabad, Space Engineers associated with ISRO projects, students witnessed their models capturing real-time data on GPS, atmospheric pressure, temperature, and humidity, effectively bridging theory and application.

The programme’s smooth execution was ensured by all the staff members. Reverential thanks are also extended to Param Pujya Shri Muktvallabhadasji Swami Ji for his divine blessings.

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Suryapet, organized an important Fire Safety Awareness Program on the school campus with the support of the Telangana Fire Department.

During the session, J. Janaiah (SFO) and Y. Krishna Reddy (District Fire Officer), Suryapet, explained to the students various methods to prevent fire accidents, the different types of fire extinguishers, and how to respond safely during fire emergencies both in school and at home. They also demonstrated practical techniques, giving students valuable hands-on knowledge about fire safety and emergency response.

The program was conducted in the presence of Respected Principal Srinivas Anand Sir and Honorable Director Hardik Sir, who honored Krishna Reddy Sir and Janaiah Garu for their dedicated service and guidance.

After the awareness session, the fire officers inspected the fire extinguishers and fire water systems installed on the campus. They expressed satisfaction with the arrangements and appreciated the school for maintaining proper fire safety measures.
