ENGLISH WEEK MEGA CELEBRATION EVENT
We are delighted to share that ‘English Week’ was celebrated with tremendous enthusiasm at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Kalaburagi, from July 1st to July 6th, 2024. The culminating event, titled ‘A Mega Event,’ took place on Saturday, July 6th, 2024.
Dr. Ashish Belamkar, M.A., Ph.D. in English, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Central Karnataka University, graced the occasion as the chief guest. His esteemed presence added great value to the celebration.
Throughout the week, various competitions such as Reading, Writing, Quiz, Speech, and Debate were organized. Participants showcased their talents, and the top three rankers, along with other participants, were honoured with certificates. The certificates were awarded by the Chief Guest and the Honorable Principal.
This grand success of the event was made possible not only by the teachers but also by the enthusiastic participation of the students. Their dedication and hard work contributed significantly to the vibrant atmosphere of the English Week celebrations.
