We are pleased to share that the Guru Purnima celebration at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Kalaburagi was a grand success. The event was marked by devotion, enthusiasm, and heartfelt participation from our students, staff, and the community.
Highlights of the Event:
Prayer: The celebration commenced with a serene prayer, setting a pious tone for the day.
Pujan of Guruparampara: Our revered gurus were honored with a traditional pujan, symbolizing our deep respect and gratitude.
Kirtan: Melodious kirtans filled the air, uplifting everyone’s spirits and creating an atmosphere of devotion.
Group Dance (Guru Vandana): Students performed a beautiful dance dedicated to the gurus, showcasing their talent and reverence.
Drama (Aaruni & Upamanyu): A captivating drama depicting the stories of Aaruni and Upamanyu was enacted by our students, highlighting the essence of guru-shishya (teacher-student) relationship.
Speech by Swamiji: The event concluded with an enlightening speech by Swamiji, inspiring everyone with his wisdom and guidance.
