Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Bangalore recently hosted a grand Maha Annakoot, a divine feast dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan. This auspicious occasion brought together devotees from all walks of life to offer their prayers and partake in a sumptuous feast.
The Annakoot was a visual spectacle, with a vast array of delectable dishes meticulously arranged on a grand altar. The sweet section was a feast for the eyes and the palate, featuring a variety of traditional Indian sweets such as Kheer, Gulab Jamun, Mysore Pak, Halva, Badam Halva, Basundi, Jalebi, Rasgulla, Barfi, Balushahi, Besan Laddu, Modak, Shrikhand, Coconut Ladoo, Mohanthal, Ghari, Ghughra, Malpua, and Laapsi.
The savory section offered a delightful range of snacks and appetizers, including Dhokla, Khandvi, Fafda, Patra, Sev, Muthiya, Gathiya, and Chakri. To quench the thirst of devotees, a variety of refreshing juices were also served, such as Pomegranate, Apple, Orange, Watermelon, Beetroot, Lemon, Kiwi Strawberry, Carrot, and Pineapple.
