On 16th January 2025, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Jadcherla welcomed over 85 alumni from the 2016 to 2023 X Std batches for an emotional and memorable Alumni Get-Together. The event was a perfect blend of devotion 🙏, celebration 🎊, and nostalgia.
The day began with alumni seeking the darshan of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and receiving blessings from the saints. The presence of P. Shukvallabhdasji Swamiji, P. Sadgunpriyadasji Swamiji, P. Saraljivandasji Swamiji, and P. Sarvadarshandasji Swamiji added great spiritual significance to the gathering. In a heartfelt gesture, the saints tied Raksha sutras and distributed Prasad, rekindling the strong bond between Gurukul and its alumni. Each alumnus also had the privilege of capturing a personal photograph with Swamiji 📸, creating memories to cherish forever.
The formal program commenced at the temple with an inaugural ceremony and inspiring blessings by P. Shukvallabhdasji Swamiji. The alumni relived their school days through experience-sharing sessions, reconnecting with peers, and revisiting treasured moments from their time at Gurukul.
P. Shukvallabhdasji Swamiji addressed the gathering with motivational words , emphasizing the importance of staying rooted in the values and teachings of Gurukul while navigating life’s journey.
The alumni enjoyed a delicious lunch 🍽️, featuring their all-time favorite dishes, evoking a wave of nostalgia. Post-lunch activities included thrilling games like cricket 🏏 and volleyball 🏐, which brought laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition to the day.
The Alumni Get-Together was a grand success, leaving everyone with heartwarming memories and a renewed connection to their Gurukul roots.
