Murti Pratishtha Ceremony at Sharan’s Home
On February 25, 2025, Sharan, an alumnus of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Gulbarga currently studying in Bangalore, hosted a divine Murti Pratishtha Ceremony at his home for the newly installed Murti of Ghanshyam Maharaj. To grace the occasion, Pujya Krishnacharandasji Swamiji and Pujya Tirthswarupdasji Swamiji visited his home and conducted the sacred rituals.
The ceremony commenced with poojan of the Murti, accompanied by the recitation of the Janmangal Mantras. Following this, a beautifully prepared Annakoot, consisting of various homely-made offerings, was presented to Ghanshyam Maharaj as an expression of devotion. The event further witnessed a grand Maha Niranjan Aarti, filling the atmosphere with divine vibrations. Devotees then offered dandvat pranam to Maharaj, seeking blessings.
Adding to the spiritual fervor, Swamiji read the Vachanamrut and engaged in a Satsang Katha, sharing invaluable spiritual wisdom with Sharan and fellow Gurukul alumni who had gathered for the occasion. Notably, Vinayak, Prajwal, and Anmol, also alumni of Gurukul Gulbarga, played a crucial role in organizing the event. They meticulously prepared the Annakoot offerings, floral decorations, and other arrangements, ensuring a seamless and devotional atmosphere.
A special mention goes to Tilak, a close friend of Sharan, who performed wonderful seva in preparing the Annakoot and assisting in the pooja arrangements, making the ceremony even more divine.
The entire ceremony was filled with divine bliss and devotion, leaving everyone present with a sense of spiritual fulfillment and joy. Pujya Krishnacharandasji Swamiji, deeply moved by Sharan’s devotion, blessed him with dharma and divine grace.
This sacred event truly exemplified the deep-rooted faith and spiritual connection of Gurukul alumni, reinforcing the values of devotion, service, and unity.
