Pleasing Gurumaharaj By Mantralekhan | Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

Today at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, we had a special and spiritually uplifting activity — Mantra Lekhan— conducted with great devotion and discipline. All the students participated wholeheartedly, writing the Swaminarayan Mahamantra with pure intentions to please our revered Gurumaharaj Shree Devkrushna Das Ji Swamiji. The atmosphere in the school was filled with divine vibrations as everyone sat silently, focused on writing the holy Swaminarayan Mahamantra with utmost concentration and sincerity. The purpose of this Mantra Lekhan was not just to write words, but to cleanse our minds and hearts, cultivate discipline, and strengthen our spiritual connection with Bhagwan Swaminarayan and our Guru Parampara.

Gurumaharaj Shree Devkrushna Das Ji Swamiji has always inspired us to walk on the path of devotion (*Bhakti*), knowledge (*Gyan*), and righteous living (*Sadachar*). Through this activity, we learned the power of repetition and focus. Writing the Swaminarayan Mahamantra repeatedly brings our wandering mind back to the divine, helping us to control our thoughts and actions. It also reminds us of the great sacrifices and teachings of our Guru Parampara, who have dedicated their entire lives for the upliftment of society and the spiritual well-being of devotees.

By participating in Mantra Lekhan, we offered our devotion and gratitude to Gurumaharaj Shree Devkrushna Das Ji Swamiji for his blessings, teachings, and constant guidance. We felt a sense of peace and contentment within ourselves. Such activities in our Gurukul help us grow not only in academics but also in spirituality and moral values. We feel fortunate to be part of this sacred tradition where we are nurtured to become good human beings and true devotees.
