Today at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Bangalore, the hosteller students participated in a refreshing and engaging Nature Study activity. The event took place on the cricket ground, where students immersed themselves in the beauty of nature while learning from each other in a collaborative setting.
In a unique twist, students became teachers, sharing their knowledge, thoughts, and insights about the natural world with their peers. The activity involved lively discussions, observations, and group interactions, where everyone explored topics such as plants, insects, soil, and the importance of environmental care.
The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and excitement. Students were deeply engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the experience—walking barefoot on grass, observing the sky, feeling the breeze, and learning in the lap of nature. It was a break from routine and a beautiful way to connect learning with the environment.
The Nature Study not only expanded the students’ understanding but also encouraged them to be more observant, curious, and grateful for the natural world around them.
