At Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Bangalore, the students have undertaken a noble initiative of distributing the sacred Shikshapatri to their neighbors, friends, and families. This effort is not merely about sharing a book, but about spreading the timeless wisdom and universal values that Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan gifted to humanity. The Shikshapatri, written in 212 concise verses, is a spiritual and moral code of conduct that guides mankind towards living a righteous, disciplined, and harmonious life. It teaches virtues such as truth, compassion, non-violence, respect for parents and teachers, devotion to God, and service to society.

By distributing the Shikshapatri, the students are becoming messengers of dharma, inspiring people to practice good conduct in their daily lives. They are also creating awareness of how these eternal teachings are still relevant in today’s modern world—helping individuals balance spiritual growth with worldly responsibilities. This act reflects the Gurukul’s mission of nurturing not only knowledge and skills but also values and character in its students. Through this initiative, the young learners are sowing seeds of faith, morality, and devotion in society, carrying forward the divine vision of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan to uplift humanity and spread eternal happiness.
