Matru Pitru Vandana was celebrated with great devotion, respect, and enthusiasm at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Solapur.
The entire campus was filled with emotions, culture and gratitude towards parents. ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
The program began with the offering a garland to Bhagwan Swaminarayan 🌸 followed by lighting of the lamp 🪔 symbolizing knowledge and positivity. The divine atmosphere continued with the School Aarti 🙏.
Mrs. Vijayalaxmi Madam beautifully introduced the significance of Matru Pitru Vandana, explaining the importance of honoring parents as living Gods. 🌼
Our Gurukulities presented a heartfelt dance performance on “Ye To Sach Hai Ki Bhagwan Hai” 💃✨ expressing that parents are truly a form of God.
A meaningful skit on Bhakt Pundalik 🎭 showcased deep devotion and service towards parents, giving a strong message of Bhakti and Sanskar.
Parents shared their feelings and expressed how proud they felt about the school’s culture, values, and Sanskar. 🥰 They appreciated the efforts taken to nurture respect and moral values in students.

Respected Principal Sudheer Sir delivered a motivational speech 🎤 inspiring students to always honor, obey, and serve their parents with love and gratitude.
The most touching moment of the program was the Poojan of Parents 👣💖. Students respectfully washed their parents’ feet with water, applied kumkum, offered petals and akshata, and took blessings. It was an emotional and divine moment where students expressed their love and gratitude wholeheartedly. 🙇‍♂️🌺
Parents also enthusiastically participated in a joyful Ramp Walk ✨ adding excitement and smiles to the celebration.
Snacks were lovingly provided to all parents 🍪☕ as a token of respect and hospitality.
The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Prasad Sir 🙏.
The event was gracefully anchored by Amol Sir and Gayatri Madam 🎙️ who conducted the program smoothly and energetically.
The celebration truly strengthened the bond between parents and children and reflected the true spirit of Gurukul values and Sanskar. 🌸💫
