Gopala Kothandaraman is a highly distinguished personality who served as a Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) and later as Vice Principal at a Police Training College in Chennai. His exemplary service to the nation was recognized with the prestigious President’s Police Medal, presented by Rajnath Singh, Union Minister of Home Affairs, in August 2015 🇮🇳. Notably, he is among the rare non-IPS officers associated with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to have received this esteemed honour.

Widely known for his exceptional investigative acumen as a “Spy Catcher,” Gopala Kothandaraman has contributed significantly to solving several high-profile cases, including critical national security operations, anti-terror investigations, and major corruption cases.
