Janmashtami Celebration (Gujarati Medium) | Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Ahmedabad – Gujarati Medium, celebrated the auspicious festival of Janmashtami with great devotion, enthusiasm, and joy. The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who beautifully embraced the spirit of the festival.

The students came dressed as Lord Krishna and Radha, adding a vibrant and divine charm to the celebration. A variety of cultural and devotional activities were organized, including Bhagavad Gita Shlokas, devotional dances, Bhajans, Aarti, and the traditional Matki Phod ceremony. Each presentation reflected the students’ devotion, creativity, and cultural values.

The program was blessed by the gracious presence of Param Pujya Vedant Darshan Swamiji, who showered his divine blessings upon the students and the entire school community. Principal Shri Jadeja Sir also addressed the gathering and delivered an inspiring speech, highlighting the significance of Lord Krishna’s teachings and the values of devotion, righteousness, and self-discipline.

The celebration concluded on a joyful note with a lively Raas Garba performance, in which students participated with great excitement and enthusiasm.
