Krishna Janamastami Celebration In Day School

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Jadcherla, joyfully celebrated Janmashtami with the Day School students in a vibrant and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.

The celebration began with a gathering at the temple, followed by school prayer and Aarthi, seeking the divine blessings of Shri Krishna. Students were then enlightened about the importance and significance of Janmashtami, followed by colourful cultural performances, including dances by Class 1 and Class 8 students and an engaging skit by Class 5 students.

The little Gurukulites added charm to the celebration through a delightful Fancy Dress Show, beautifully portraying the divine characters and spirit of Janmashtami. The programme was further blessed by the inspiring words and blessings of Pujya Sarvadarshan Swamiji.

The celebrations concluded with the energetic and joyful Matuki Breaking, filling the campus with excitement, devotion, and the festive spirit of Shri Krishna.
