With this wonderful thought, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Nikol – Gujarati Medium, celebrated the spirit of Diwali through a series of engaging artistic activities that brought excitement, imagination, and festive joy to the school campus.

Our students participated wholeheartedly in the following activities:

🖍️ Std. 1 & 2 – Colourful Diwali Art
The youngest members of our Gurukul expressed their festive excitement through creative Diwali artwork. Their colourful creations reflected innocence, imagination, and the happiness of the festival.

✨ Std. 3 to 5 – The Art of Traditional Diya Decoration
Students explored the beauty of traditional Indian art by decorating diyas with vibrant colours and innovative patterns. This activity encouraged originality while introducing them to the cultural importance of lighting diyas during Diwali.

🎨 Std. 6 & 7 – Creative Rangoli Expressions
Our young artists transformed their creativity into beautiful rangoli patterns. With artistic combinations and thoughtful designs, they beautifully represented the richness of Indian heritage and festive traditions.

Beyond the colours, decorations, and celebrations, the event offered valuable learning experiences. It encouraged teamwork, artistic expression, confidence, and appreciation for India’s rich cultural heritage.
