Guru Purnima Celebration 2026

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Nikol, Ahmedabad (English Medium) organised a Guru Poojan Ceremony with immense devotion, reverence, and enthusiasm for the students of Std. 1 to 7.

The programme was graced by the presence of the School Principal, Mr. Sachin Goswami Sir, along with the dedicated teaching staff and enthusiastic students. Addressing the gathering, the Principal enlightened the students about the profound significance of Guru Purnima and emphasised the invaluable role of the Guru in shaping one’s character, imparting knowledge, nurturing values, and guiding every individual towards a righteous and meaningful life.

As a mark of devotion, the Principal performed the Guru Poojan of Param Pujya Shastriji Maharaj and Guru Maharaj, seeking their divine blessings for the entire Gurukul family. Thereafter, students reverently offered floral tributes and performed Guru Poojan, expressing heartfelt gratitude towards Guru Maharaj and honouring their teachers for their unwavering guidance, care, and dedication.

The celebration featured devotional prayers, spiritual reflections, and value-based activities that inspired every student to imbibe the timeless virtues of respect, humility, gratitude, discipline, and devotion. The programme beautifully reflected the Gurukul tradition of blending academic excellence with moral and spiritual values.

The celebration concluded with prayers for universal peace and prosperity, leaving every participant spiritually inspired and deeply grateful for the eternal guidance of the Guru.
