Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Students Shine at 5th National Yoga Championship

On Sunday, 24th August 2025, students of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Bangalore proudly participated in the 5th National Yoga Championship, a grand event that brought together over 800 participants from 40 schools and 20 Yoga Kendra centres across the country. The competition was a remarkable platform showcasing discipline, focus, and the spiritual essence of Yoga.

The Gurukul students performed with dedication and excellence, achieving outstanding results. Pravit Raj Ghosh secured 2nd place, while Aarav Jha earned 4th place, and Yoga Chiranjeevi attained 5th place in the national rankings. Additionally, 10 students were awarded the A+ grade and 6 students received the A grade, reflecting the high level of preparation and commitment shown by the Gurukul team.

These achievements were possible due to the divine blessings of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan and the tireless training efforts of their coach, Mr. Sachin Kumar.

The event not only highlighted the physical skills of the students but also their mental strength, discipline, and spiritual grounding. The performance of Gurukul Bangalore stood as an inspiration, proving that when hard work is combined with faith and values, true excellence is achieved.
