Akshyarbhyas and Ruchipariksha Ceremony at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Bangalore

At Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Bangalore, a special event titled Akshyarbhyas and Ruchipariksha was conducted for young students embarking on their educational journey. The event was a thoughtful blend of cultural tradition and interest discovery, designed to sanctify the beginning of learning while identifying each child’s inner inclination.

As part of the Ruchipariksha, various symbolic items were placed on the stage — such as a laptop, cricket bat, money, toy plane, volleyball, paints, and more. Each object represented a different career path or area of interest. When the child came forward, they were invited to freely choose any item that appealed to them, providing insight into their natural interests and potential talents.

The event was graced by Pujy TirthSwaroop Dasji Swamiji and Pujy Harivandan Dasji Swamiji, who offered divine blessings to the children and their families. In a sacred act of Akshyarbhyas, Swamiji made a holy mark of ‘Shree’ on rice, invoking blessings for a bright, spiritually enriched, and successful future.

Parents were also present in large numbers, adding joy and devotion to the event. The atmosphere was filled with pride, faith, and spiritual energy, making this ceremony a memorable and meaningful milestone in every child’s life.
