Investiture Ceremony – Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Bangalore
The Investiture Ceremony at Sri Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Bangalore, was a proud and inspiring occasion marking the official installation of the newly elected student council for the academic year. The event reflected the Gurukul’s values of discipline, responsibility, and leadership.
The ceremony began with prayers and blessings from revered saints and Swamijis. The distinguished dignitaries — Professor K.C. Mishra, Ph.D., Mr. Vikas Singh, International Athlete, Mr. Amit Chandrai, Assistant Superintendent of Police, and Dr. Ravi Kumar M, Chief Medical Officer, Coca-Cola India — graced the event, motivating the young leaders with their presence.
A highlight of the ceremony was the impressive march past, where the new council members and house contingents marched in perfect coordination, demonstrating unity and discipline. Badges and sashes were then presented to the Head Boy, Assistant Head Boy, House Captains, Vice-Captains, Sports Captains, Cultural Secretaries, Discipline Prefects, and other council members.
Taking the oath of office, the student leaders pledged to carry out their duties with sincerity and to set an example for others. Encouraging words from the dignitaries and Swamiji inspired the council to lead with integrity and dedication.
