By the blessing of Lord Shree Swaminarayan, the guidance of elderly saints, and the support of Harivallabhdasji Swamiji and the Principal, the ‘Mother Tongue Day’ celebration at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Bangalore, was a vibrant and engaging event filled with various performances and competitions. Students from Class 1 to 5 showcased their talents through a variety of activities, including a powerful drama depicting the richness of Kannada literature, traditional dance performances celebrating Indian culture, and a spirited debate on the importance of promoting and preserving one’s mother tongue.

The event emphasized the significance of Kannada as the local language, while also fostering creativity and learning among students. With Harivallabhdasji Swamiji and the Principal present to inspire the participants, winners of the drama and debate were awarded prizes. The day concluded with enthusiastic cheers, celebrating both language and culture.
