Shraddh Utsav – A Divine Celebration of Devotion, Kirtan & Prasad

At Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Bangalore, the sacred Shraddh Utsav was celebrated on 5th October 2026 with devotion, kirtan, and a beautiful spirit of togetherness. The occasion was marked by special kirtans and devotional offerings to Bhagwan Swaminarayan, creating a peaceful and spiritually uplifting atmosphere throughout the Gurukul.

As part of the Shraddh Utsav, the students were given tokens through which they could enjoy Kulfi, along with a grand variety of delicious dishes prepared especially for the celebration. The special Prasad included Manchow Soup with Noodles, White Kalakand Barfi, Ajmeri Brown Kalakand, Fenni with Badam Milk, Boondi Laddu, Obbattu, Butter Tandoori Roti, Kaju Paneer Masala, Aloo Mutter Sabji, Cheese Aloo-Tikki Burger, Samosa Chaat, Ghee Poodi Dosa, Capsicum Bhajji, Veg Paneer Biryani, Raitha, Papad, Plain Buttermilk, and Kulfi.

The students joyfully participated in the celebration and lovingly enjoyed the special Prasad of Shraddh Utsav. The combination of devotion, kirtan, and a grand feast made the occasion a memorable and spiritually joyful celebration for the entire Gurukul family. 🙏
