Heartwarming Alumni Get-Together | Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

On 12th June 2025, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Gulbarga hosted a heartfelt and vibrant Alumni Get-Together, bringing together 23 proud alumni who returned to their beloved alma mater to reconnect with old friends, share memories, and relive the spirit of Gurukul life.

The day commenced with a soulful morning assembly in the traditional Gurukul style, setting the tone for the event with devotion and discipline. This was followed by a meaningful career guidance session, where alumni shared their diverse professional journeys, offering valuable insights and motivation to the current students. Their stories of perseverance, success, and values-based living served as a living testimony to the Gurukul way of life.

The event seamlessly blended spirituality with fun, as a short yet enriching satsang session allowed everyone to reflect on their spiritual roots. Alumni then enthusiastically participated in games and sports activities alongside their junior brothers, rekindling memories of their school days while fostering a warm connection across generations.

One of the most memorable highlights of the day was the sense of unity and joy during the sports events with the current students, which turned into moments of laughter, teamwork, and nostalgia. The entire gathering culminated in a shared prasad meal, where everyone sat together—just like old times—reflecting the deep values of equality, humility, and brotherhood that Gurukul instills.
