Buddy System at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Kalaburagi
With the beginning of the new academic year, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Kalaburagi warmly welcomes all newly admitted students. Starting a new journey in a new environment can be exciting, but it can also bring many questions and challenges. To help new students feel comfortable and confident, Gurukul has introduced the Buddy System.
Under this initiative, senior students take responsibility for guiding and supporting new students during their initial days at Gurukul. These senior students, known as Buddies, help newcomers understand the daily routine, attend Pooja and other spiritual activities, participate in school programs, and become familiar with campus life. They also assist in making new friends and adapting to the Gurukul culture.
The Buddy System creates a friendly and supportive atmosphere where new students feel welcomed and cared for. At the same time, it helps senior students develop leadership, responsibility, and a spirit of service. Through this program, strong bonds of friendship and brotherhood are formed, making the transition to Gurukul smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.
At Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Kalaburagi, we believe that every student should feel like a part of one family. The Buddy System is a wonderful example of teamwork, care, and mutual support, ensuring that every new student begins their journey with confidence and happiness.
Welcome to the Gurukul family, and best wishes for a successful and memorable academic year ahead!
