The Hindi Mega Week was celebrated with great enthusiasm and reverence at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School. The celebration aimed to promote the importance of Hindi as our Rashtra Bhasha and to instill love and respect for the language among students.

The week-long program commenced with an inaugural ceremony, graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Naganath Shankar Rao Bhende as the Chief Guest. He inspired the students with his motivating words, highlighting the richness, beauty, and global significance of Hindi.

Various competitions were organized throughout the week, including kavi sammelan, poem recitation, essay writing, storytelling, debate, slogan writing, and quiz. These activities provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity, oratory skills, and linguistic talents.

One of the major highlights was a skit presented by the students, emphasizing the beauty, simplicity, and cultural depth of the Hindi language. The audience was captivated by the performances, which reflected both traditional and modern aspects of Hindi literature.

Dr. Bhende, along with other dignitaries, appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers in making the event a grand success. He encouraged the students to use Hindi with pride in their daily lives and uphold the cultural heritage associated with the language.

The celebration concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where winners of various competitions were felicitated. The entire week proved to be an enriching experience, strengthening the students’ love for Hindi and fostering a sense of cultural identity and national unity.
