This year, our hostel came alive with devotion, excitement, and festive energy as we celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami with great enthusiasm. The highlight of the event was the traditional Dahi-Handi (Matki Breaking) ceremony, which brought everyone together in a spirit of teamwork and joy.

✨ Event Highlights

The evening began with devotional bhajans and the lighting of diyas, creating a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere.

Students beautifully decorated the premises with flowers, rangolis, and colorful lights.

The most thrilling moment of the celebration was the Matki-breaking event, where teams formed human pyramids to reach and break the pot, just like Lord Krishna and his friends.

Cheers, laughter, and encouragement echoed all around as everyone participated with full excitement.

The event concluded with prasad distribution and group photos capturing the joyful memories.
