Guru Purnima Celebration In Hostel | Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

Today at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Jadcherla, we joyfully celebrated the sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, a festival dedicated to expressing gratitude and reverence towards our Gurus. The celebration was filled with devotion, spirituality, and heartfelt respect. 🌺

The program began with the Aarti of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, performed by Pujya Swamiji. After the Aarti, Sir shared a meaningful message on the importance of Guru Purnima, highlighting the role of Gurus in shaping our character, values, and future.

As part of the celebration, Pujya Swamiji performed the Poojan:

As a mark of love, gratitude, and devotion, garlands and fresh fruits were offered to the revered Gurus. Thereafter, the teachers offered flowers and fruits with deep reverence, followed by the students, who also paid their heartfelt respects by offering flowers and fruits. The entire campus was filled with devotion, respect, and spiritual joy.

A Guru is not just a guide —

He is the bridge to God,
the light in darkness,
the voice of truth,
and the ladder to liberation. 🪔

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः ।
गुरुः साक्षात् परब्रह्म तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः ॥
