Our campus came alive with energy, enthusiasm, and mindfulness as students celebrated International Yoga Day in the early morning. 🌿✨ Under the divine presence of Pujya Swamiji, students performed a variety of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and stretching exercises. Swamiji also joined the students in practicing yoga, inspiring everyone to embrace a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
💪 Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind, and nurtures the soul.
The session filled the atmosphere with positivity, unity, and inner peace, encouraging every student to make yoga a part of their daily routine.
