On the auspicious occasion of International Yoga Day 🌍, Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Solapur, organized a vibrant celebration filled with positivity, energy, and spiritual harmony. 🌿🕉️
The program began with the traditional Lighting of the Lamp 🪔, invoking divine blessings for peace and well-being. This was followed by an insightful speech 🗣️ on the importance of yoga in daily life, emphasizing ‘Yoga for Harmony & Peace.’ ✨
Students, teachers, and staff actively participated in various yoga sessions 🧘‍♂️ demonstrating asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques 🌬️🧎‍♀️. The serene atmosphere was filled with calmness and unity as everyone joined hands towards a healthier lifestyle. ❤️🌸
The event concluded with a pledge to incorporate yoga into our daily routine for holistic development 🧡 and a healthy mind-body balance. 🙏
