Expert Insights on Skin Care Seminar with Dr. Tulshiben Ahira

With the blessings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and our respected elderly saints, our students today successfully attended a Skin Care Seminar conducted in collaboration with Vishwa Skin Care Clinic, Anand, by Dr. Tulshiben C. Ahira (M.D. Skin & VD).​

During the session, students: Learnt about common skin problems in children and teenagers and how to prevent them through cleanliness and good habits.

Understood the importance of a simple daily skin‑care routine, proper diet, hydration, sleep and limited screen time. Were guided about safe use of skin products, myths about fairness creams and when it is necessary to visit a dermatologist.​

The seminar, held under these divine blessings, helped students become more aware and responsible towards their personal hygiene and overall health. We sincerely thank Dr. Tulshiben C. Ahira and Vishwa Skin Care Clinic for their valuable guidance and support.
