At Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, the sacred occasion of Vaikuntha Ekadashi was observed with great shraddha, bhakti, and discipline by the students 🙏✨. On this auspicious day, the students sincerely undertook the Ekadashi fasting, dedicating their thoughts and actions to the remembrance of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan 🕉️🌿. Throughout the day, the atmosphere of the Gurukul was filled with devotion, prayers, and spiritual calmness, reflecting the true essence of Ekadashi.
The students actively engaged in devotional practices such as prayer, smaran, and satsang, understanding the spiritual importance of self-control and purity 🌸📿. Vaikuntha Ekadashi is believed to open the gates of Vaikuntha, and observing vrat on this day instills values of patience, discipline, and faith among young minds 🌼✨. The Gurukul once again proved to be a sacred place where education is blended with sanskar and spirituality.
On the following day, the students received Ekadashi Parna, marking the graceful completion of their vrat 🍽️🌺. The Parna was conducted with reverence and joy, symbolizing divine blessings and nourishment after devotion. A special and wholesome menu was lovingly served to the students, which included soft and delicious Gulab Jamun 🍩, sweet Rava Kesari 🍮, special Karam Dosa 🥞, refreshing Custard Fruit Salad 🍎🍌, and tasty Noodles 🍜. Each item was prepared with care, keeping purity and devotion in mind.
The Parna meal was not just about food, but about gratitude, unity, and spiritual fulfillment 🤍🌿. The students partook in the Parna with happiness and discipline, thanking Swamiji and the Gurukul for guiding them on the path of dharma. Such sacred observances help nurture strong character, devotion, and Indian sanskar in the lives of Gurukul students 🌟🙏.
