On 10th August 2025, saints from Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Vijayawada, Pujya Krushnamurti Dasji Swamiji and Pujya Dheyey Swaroop Dasji Swamiji, visited the homes of Gurukulites’ parents for the divine and auspicious occasion of Padhramani. This sacred tradition, cherished in the Gurukul culture, aims to bring the blessings of God and Guru directly into the homes of devotees while strengthening the spiritual bond between saints and families. Upon arriving, the saints were received with heartfelt respect and devotion. The family members, filled with joy, welcomed them with warm gestures and an atmosphere of reverence. Soon after, Pujya Swamijis performed Poojan and Aarti, following the rich Vedic traditions that have been preserved and practiced in the Gurukul. The holy rituals filled the home with divine vibrations, while the soft glow of the aarti flame and the chanting of prayers created a serene and blissful environment. These moments served as a reminder of the spiritual purpose behind life’s journey and the importance of keeping God at the center of the household. After the rituals, the parents expressed their devotion and gratitude by offering dry fruits to Swamijis as a humble act of Seva. This gesture symbolized love, faith, and the joy of serving saints, which is considered highly auspicious in the Swaminarayan tradition. The Padhramani not only blessed the home but also inspired the children to remain devoted and disciplined, living by the values taught at the Gurukul. The visit of Pujya Krushnamurti Dasji Swamiji and Pujya Dheyey Swaroop Dasji Swamiji on this special day left a lasting spiritual impression, encouraging the family to uphold dharma, practice devotion, and cherish the teachings of saints in their daily lives. This memorable occasion beautifully reflected the Gurukul’s mission of nurturing both education and values.
