About the Competition
Students have to shoot a video and upload it to the given link below.
Instructions
- You are supposed to select any one yogasana that you can perform perfectly.
- In the video first mention your branch name, your Member Id and then about yogasana
which you are going to perform. - Next perform the yogasana.
- Make sure your phone is placed in Landscape Position.
- About Timing : Introduction about asana (1min to 2min) and Yoga Performance (1min to
2min)

About the Competition
Students who are good at painting can participate in this competition, you have to do any
painting related to yoga on a paper

About the Competition
This competition is specially designed for the kids who can draw digital art or can design
posters using any digital tools like photoshop, coral, AI, canvas etc…

FAQ’s
1. What after Registration?
Once you have registered to your desired Competition, Start
preparing for competition. For Example: If you have selected Painting competition then start
painting according to instructions and on the day of submission – which starts from 16th Jun, you
have to submit your Painting or Blog or Yoga Video via Gurukul App or Website
2. Where to Submit?
After 16th Jun & before 19th Jun, On this same webpage
subissions will begin where in you have to submit your blog or yoga video or painting or digital art
etc..
3. How to register for any competition?
Fill the above Registration form to get registered. Make
sure you select minumum one Competition & fill all the basic details like Member Id, Name, Phone
Number, Email
4. For how many days registrations are open?
Registrations for open only for 6 Days i.e till 16th Jun,
2021.
5. For how many days submissions will be open?
Submission will be open for 4 Days i.e from 16th Jun to 19th
Jun.
6. When do I get the results?
The final results will be declared on 21th Jun –
International Yoga Day in YOUTUBE Live Event.
7. Who will be the winner?
Juries of each competition will nominate TOP 5 Winners
Globaly & Branch wise in each competition and category (Junior – 1st to 5th & Senior – 6th
to 12th).
