By the divine blessings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and under the guidance of Pujyapaad Shukvallabh Dasji Swamiji and Pujyapaad Harivallabh Dasji Swamiji, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Secunderabad, celebrated Mathematics Day with great enthusiasm and creativity.

The Mathematics Department, along with the active involvement of our talented Gurukulites, brought this event to life. Students highlighted the significance of renowned mathematicians through inspiring performances and participated in a skit showcasing the importance of numbers in daily life.

The event featured innovative projects like large-scale geometric models (cubes, cuboids, set squares, protractors), a creatively designed math park, and a giant-sized geometry box. Students also demonstrated the practical application of the abacus and entertained the audience with math-themed songs.

As part of the celebration, we honored the legacy of the great mathematical genius, *Srinivasa Ramanujan*. His groundbreaking contributions to number theory, infinite series, and continued fractions continue to inspire learners and mathematicians worldwide. Ramanujan’s story reminds us that curiosity, determination, and a love for learning can unlock extraordinary potential, even in the face of challenges. His life and work are a beacon for our students, encouraging them to embrace problem-solving and innovation in all aspects of their education.

This celebration was a testament to the combined efforts of our little mathematicians, the unwavering support of parents, the dedication of our teachers, and the guidance of our coordinators.
