Hyderabad Tour: A Memorable Journey of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School Students
From August 24th to 28th, 2024, the top 30 students from Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Navi Mumbai, embarked on a thrilling 4-day journey to the vibrant city of Hyderabad. This trip was a perfect blend of adventure, spirituality, and cultural experiences. Let’s dive into the highlights of each day!
Day 1: Welcoming at Hyderabad Gurukul & Ramoji Film City 🎬✨
The adventure began with a warm welcome at Hyderabad Gurukul, where the students were greeted with open arms and shown to their peaceful accommodations. 🏠💐 The serene environment of the Gurukul helped everyone feel at home and prepared for the exciting days ahead.
After settling in, the students headed out to Ramoji Film City. 🌟 It was an incredible experience as they explored the world of cinema, from movie sets to thrilling live performances. They got to see how films are made, visit famous movie sets, and even enjoy fun-filled shows. 🎥🍿 It was a day packed with learning, entertainment, and excitement!
Day 2: Janmashtami Celebrations 🕺🎉
The second day of the tour was a spiritual highlight as the students joined in the grand Janmashtami celebrations at Hyderabad Gurukul. 🕊️💫 The festivities were filled with devotion, dance, and music as everyone celebrated the birth of Lord Krishna. The students actively participated in the traditional Dahi Handi, where they joyously broke pots of curd and danced to the beats of devotional songs. 🥣🎶 It was a day of fun and spiritual connection!
Day 3: Spiritual Exploration – Temples 🛕🙏
The third day was dedicated to visiting some of Hyderabad’s most revered temples. The students first visited Chilkur Balaji Temple 🌿, known for blessing devotees with visa approvals, and then journeyed to the monumental Statue of Equality 🗿, which honors the great philosopher, Sri Ramanujacharya. It was a day of deep spiritual reflection and learning about the teachings of these revered figures. ✨
Day 4: Hyderabad Sightseeing 🌆🚗
On the final day, the students explored the scenic and cultural landmarks of Hyderabad. From the towering Statue of Equality to beautiful city sights, it was a day of sightseeing and discovery. The students also visited the iconic Balaji Temple ⛪, immersing themselves in the peaceful atmosphere and reflecting on their journey. 🌇🕌 It was a perfect end to a journey full of exploration, spirituality, and memories.
