Students who accepted the Bhagat Diksha immersed themselves in spiritual activities like mantra lekhan, mala jap, dandvats, and pradakshina. Their commitment extended to following Ektana—eating once a day—which demonstrated self-control and dedication. Enlightening video sessions and exclusive satsangs by Swamiji guided students toward righteous living and inner transformation. 🗓️ Day 3 – Hindola Decoration: A Festival of Bhakti & Creativity
On the third day of Brahmotsav, devotion and creativity lit up the Gurukul as students decorated their rooms with beautifully crafted Hindolas for Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Each swing, made with love and sincerity, reflected the students’ deep bhakti. The saints—Nityaswarup Swamiji, Vishwamangal Swamiji, and Brahmaswarup Swamiji—visited every room, offering aarti and blessings, making the evening profoundly spiritual. The rooms transformed into divine sanctuaries, glowing with aarti lights and the sound of bhajans. This day became a cherished memory, reminding all that even simple offerings made with love can invoke divine grace and presence.

Day 4 of the Brahmotsav was a vibrant expression of devotion during the Shobhayatra of Bhagwan Ghanshyam Maharaj. Students, adorned in traditional attire, carried decorated chariots and idols through the campus with great joy, chanting bhajans and mantras. The presence of the saints added a divine touch as they blessed and walked with the students. The day concluded with an energetic Raas, uniting everyone in a dance of devotion, rhythm, and celebration. This colorful event brought together culture, faith, and community spirit, leaving everyone inspired and spiritually uplifted.
Day 5 Parna – A Sacred Completion of Devotion and Discipline 🌿🙏
Day 5 of Brahmotsav at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Navi Mumbai witnessed the heartfelt Parna ceremony, marking the spiritual completion of Brahmacharya Vrat by dedicated Bhagatjis. After days of intense discipline, satsang, seva, and inner reflection, the students concluded their vrat with deep gratitude and blessings from the revered Swamijis. Their commitment to purity and devotion was celebrated by the entire Gurukul community. Parna is more than a ritual—it symbolizes a powerful spiritual milestone and a new beginning on the path of bhakti and seva.
