On 21st June 2025, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Mysore enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day aligning with the nationwide initiative to promote health, well-being, and mindfulness. The event was organized with the core message of fostering good health and holistic development among students, staff, and the larger Gurukul family.
The highlight of the celebration was the awe-inspiring Formation of Yoga postures by approximately 800 students. This collective display of synchronization, discipline, and dedication symbolized the unity of body, mind, and soul and served as a powerful visual representation of national unity and cultural heritage. Under the guidance of trained yoga instructors and the motivation of Gurukul’s dedicated faculty, students from all grades actively participated in Yogasanas, breathing exercises, and meditation sessions that refreshed their bodies and calmed their minds.
