At Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Hostel, the morning began with energy, focus, and discipline as the junior students followed their scheduled activities with great enthusiasm. The fresh atmosphere of the campus was filled with the spirit of dedication and the values nurtured by Gurukul life.

According to their daily routine, the 8th class students engaged in a well-guided exercise session, aimed at building strength, endurance, and fitness. Their synchronized movements and active participation reflected their growing discipline and commitment to personal well-being.

At the same time, the 6th and 7th class students participated in a calm and focused yoga session, practicing various asanas and breathing exercises. The peaceful environment and guidance from mentors helped them improve flexibility, concentration, and inner peace.

These morning sessions not only strengthen the body but also uplift the mind and spirit, fostering a balanced and value-based lifestyle in every student. Such daily practices truly reflect the essence of Gurukul — where education goes hand in hand with health, discipline, and spirituality.
