Free Medical Camp – A Service of Health, Care & Community Support

A comprehensive Free Medical Camp was successfully organized on 28th November 2025 in collaboration with Sri Balaji Medical College & Hospital, Renigunta (SBMHRC). The initiative aimed at promoting health awareness and providing quality medical services to students, parents, staff, and community workers.

The camp was graced by distinguished medical experts:

Guest of Honour:
Dr. Sree Rammurthy Garu, OBG, Deputy Medical Superintendent (SBMCH) & Retired Additional Director, TTD Medical.

Guests of the Day:
• Dr. Bhargavi Reddy Bandi, Professor & HOD, Department of OBG, SBMCH
• Dr. M.A. Manu, Associate Professor, Department of Pediatrics, SBMCH
• Dr. Krishna Kant, RMO, SBMCH

A specialised team comprising 16 doctors, supported by 5 nursing staff, technicians, and interns from SBMCH, conducted:

General health checkups

ENT, Dental, Ortho & Pediatric evaluations

OBG consultations

Preventive health counselling

Distribution of essential medicines

A total of 300+ beneficiaries received medical services, including:
130 students, 120+ parents, 25 staff members, and 25 support workers.

The camp emphasised:

Importance of preventive healthcare

Early detection through screening

Maintaining physical and mental well-being

Strengthening health awareness among students

This initiative not only offered timely medical support but also fostered a spirit of collaboration between healthcare professionals and the educational community. It stood as a strong step toward ensuring holistic well-being for all.
