Matru Pitru Vandana, held by the primary school, was celebrated with a beautifully heartfelt atmosphere, where every child stepped forward to express their gratitude toward their parents through traditional rituals filled with devotion. The ceremony began with the sacred act of cleaning their parents’ feet, gently washing the big toe first, symbolizing respect for the roots that support their entire life. After the cleansing, children placed soft, fragrant flowers on each toe, offering purity, love, and reverence through the delicate petals. The hall glowed quietly as the children performed aarti, letting the warm swirl of the lamp reflect their thankfulness, respect, and deep emotional connection with their parents. This was followed by a humble pradakshina, where the children circled their parents, recognizing them as the guiding axis of their world. The moment felt like a serene blend of tradition and affection. To conclude this sacred tribute, children offered sweet laddus to their parents, creating a touching scene of smiles, blessings, and shared joy. Every gesture, every ritual, and every offering turned the event into a gentle reminder that parents are living embodiments of love and sacrifice. The entire celebration radiated warmth, humility, and the timeless bond between parents and children. 🌼🙏✨
