🌸 Teachers’ Day Celebration – Celebrating the Guiding Lights of Education

On the auspicious occasion of Teachers’ Day, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Mysore, celebrated the day with great joy, devotion, and gratitude towards all teachers who dedicate themselves to shaping the lives of students.

The celebration began with a special assembly conducted by the students and management, creating a meaningful atmosphere of respect and appreciation for the teaching fraternity.

As part of the programme, a Poojan ceremony of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the great teacher, philosopher, and former President of India, was conducted with reverence. The ceremony reminded everyone of the noble role of teachers in guiding students towards knowledge, discipline, values, and responsible citizenship.

The students then presented a beautiful drama and vibrant dance performances, expressing their love, respect, and gratitude towards their teachers. Their enthusiastic participation added joy and energy to the celebration.

The Teachers’ Day programme was not merely a celebration but a heartfelt expression of “Guru Bhakti” – respect and gratitude towards the Guru. The day highlighted the special bond between teachers and students and acknowledged the selfless efforts of every teacher in nurturing young minds.
