The Balachelimi National Telugu Story Writing Competition, held on 21st December 2025, was a prestigious national-level literary event organized for children from both Telugu states, with the objective of encouraging creative writing and literary expression among young minds. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing more than 100 schools, with a total of 714 students submitting original Telugu stories on diverse and meaningful themes.

After a rigorous evaluation process, the stories of the top 92 students were shortlisted, from which only 16 stories were finally selected as Best Stories, reflecting exceptional creativity, originality, and literary merit. It is a moment of immense pride that P. Ashish, a student of Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul International Day School, Class 8, was selected for his outstanding story titled β€œMatham”, which thoughtfully conveyed values and social awareness.

This remarkable achievement was made possible through the encouragement and guidance of Principal A. Kalyan Kumar and the blessings of Pujya Hari Vallabh Das Swamiji, whose constant support and inspiration continue to motivate students to excel in academics, creativity, and character building.
