On International Yoga Day, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School was filled with the beauty of yoga and dance, bringing harmony to our spiritual and physical well-being. Swamiji, our respected spiritual leader, joined us and spoke about how important it is to include these practices in our daily lives.
With Swamiji’s guidance and our Principal, dedicated yoga and dance teachers, students and staff enjoyed a session that blended yoga poses with graceful movements. This helped us feel strong in body and calm in mind and heart.
The event showed how much we care about whole-person education, where spiritual growth and physical health are both important. Everyone participated with discipline and a peaceful spirit. As we continue to learn from yoga and dance, let’s keep exploring ways to find peace and joy in our lives.
