The Sadvidya Week Celebration at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Hyderabad, focused on the theme ‘Save Nature, Save Nation,’ and was marked by enthusiastic participation from students. Organized into house groups, the students engaged in competitions and presentations on vital topics like ‘Save Water,’ ‘Save Food,’ ‘Save Electricity,’ and ‘Save Trees.’ Their presentations, judged on creativity, content, and clarity, reflected the students’ understanding of the importance of conserving natural resources for the future of both the environment and the nation. A key highlight of the celebration was a tree plantation drive on campus, where students and faculty planted numerous trees, further emphasizing the event’s core message of environmental stewardship. Medals were awarded to the top three houses by Pujya Harivandandasji Swamiji, the principal, and the event coordinator, acknowledging the students’ dedication and encouraging them to continue their efforts in preserving nature. The Sadvidya Week successfully instilled values of sustainable living, linking the protection of nature to the nation’s future, and empowering students to become responsible citizens committed to environmental conservation.
