76th Republic Day Celebrations

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Belagola, Near Mysuru, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great patriotism and enthusiasm. The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, symbolizing unity and pride. This was followed by a spectacular march-past, where students displayed discipline and synchronization. The Samaveda team was announced as the Best March Past Team, while Atharvaveda House was honored as the Best House for 2024-25.

Master Akash and Master Chethan delivered inspiring speeches in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Sanskrit, highlighting the significance of Republic Day and the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution. Their words reflected the essence of freedom, democracy, and responsibility towards the nation. Teachers also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of being responsible citizens and upholding the principles of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. Their speeches motivated students to contribute positively to society and cherish the nation’s rich heritage.

The cultural segment of the program featured mesmerizing patriotic and traditional dance performances by students from Grades 1 to 9. Their vibrant expressions and energetic moves filled the atmosphere with a deep sense of nationalism and cultural pride.

The event was graced by Principal Shriharsha Joshi, Bharath Sir, Jay Sir, Satish Sir, all staff members, and parents. Their encouragement and appreciation motivated the students to perform with dedication and enthusiasm.

A generous parent of Gurukul sponsored biscuits and bananas for all students, adding to the joy of the celebrations.

The Republic Day celebrations concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the event a grand success.
