Vacation Activity Award Function Celebrating Talent & Values | Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

On 12th August 2025, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Belagola, Near Mysore hosted the Vacation Activity Award Function, a vibrant cultural celebration honouring students’ achievements in the recently concluded Vacation Activities – Guiding Session. The event brought together students, teachers, and esteemed guests to celebrate talent, values, and cultural heritage.

The program commenced with energetic and colourful performances by students from Grades IV to IX, who showcased their creativity and enthusiasm. The audience was treated to engaging presentations highlighting the core values promoted during the Vacation Activities — Kindness, Gratitude, Faith, and Responsibility.

A major highlight of the day was the prize distribution ceremony, where outstanding performers were recognised for their dedication and excellence. T-shirt Winners included Avyukth N Kumar, Pratham M, Pradyumna B S, Lekhan Gowda N, Dikshant Bharatbhai Hirpara, Thanmay R Gowda, Samarth S Gowda, Arya Raman, Tejas L, Nandan Gowda N, Advith Sai G, Manthan Balaji, Lavik Rajshekhar and Bhuvan J. Water Bottle Winners were Pratham V, Manvith S, Sathvik D, Adarsha R, Jeevan Gowda K, Hithesh Kumar, Satvik C Hiremath, Harshith Gowda K A, Bhavish H B, and Shreyas Gowda A. The most prestigious award, the Gurukul Smartwatch, was proudly presented to Mokshith V Jain (Grade 5) for his exceptional overall performance.

The occasion was further enriched by the inspiring presence of Pujya TirthSwaroopdasji Swamiji and Pujya Harivandandasji Swamiji, who delivered heartfelt speeches. Their addresses emphasised the importance of cultural heritage, value-based living, and the need for continuous personal growth. Their words resonated deeply with the audience, inspiring students to carry forward the Gurukul ethos in every aspect of life.
