Sadvidya Week: “Are We Digitally Arrested?”

Speech, PPT Presentation, Poster-Making & Prize Distribution
Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Navi Mumbai

As part of Sadvidya Week, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Navi Mumbai, organized a series of engaging student activities centered on the thought-provoking theme “Are We Digitally Arrested?”

The theme encouraged students to reflect on how excessive use of smartphones, social media, online games, and digital devices can affect our time, concentration, relationships, and daily lives. Through speech competitions, PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, and poster-making activities, students expressed their ideas creatively and highlighted the importance of responsible technology use and maintaining a healthy balance between the digital world and real-life experiences.

The activities provided an excellent platform for students to develop their public-speaking abilities, presentation skills, creativity, critical thinking, and awareness of digital well-being.

To recognize and encourage their efforts, a prize distribution ceremony was organized to felicitate the winners and appreciate their outstanding performances.

Through this initiative, Gurukul reinforced the importance of Sadvidya—developing wisdom, self-discipline, and good values alongside academic knowledge. The message was clear: technology should be a useful tool in our lives, not something that controls our lives.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants for their enthusiastic involvement and thoughtful contributions!
